I loved Freakonomics and was very excited to learn about the “freakquel”, SuperFreakonomics. How can it not be awesome? The book covers topics such as:
- How is a street prostitute like a department-store Santa?
- Why are doctors so bad at washing their hands?
- How much good do car seats do?
- Can eating kangaroo save the planet?
- Which adds more value: a pimp or a Realtor?
Good stuff, right?
I enjoyed Freakonomics, but i only skimmed substantial parts of it. I mean some of it just made me say, "duh." In fact I gave the book away in my last library clean out last spring. A hardcover at that! But this, this sounds very interesting. Going to the library today, might check it out!
