After my huge perm fiasco in high school, I have sworn off hairspray. And so my hair is usually flat and lifeless. However, I finally got a new haircut that I actually like. As I am now attempting to style my hair…I need products! “They” say L’Oréal Elnett is the best hairspray in the world. Due to the use of fluorocarbons, Elnett has been banned in the US for years. Until now. They reconfigured the formula somehow and you can now find it exclusively at Target. It is really great – it totally holds my hair without the crunchy feeling I used to get in the 80’s. I must warn you though. Hold. Your. Nose. It smells awful – like the hairspray you can remember smelling at your grandmother’s house.
