My dear friend Tanya, knowing that I love all things pumpkin, recently made a pumpkin cheesecake for my birthday…she regularly bakes, but I’m pretty sure that was a toughie…even for her…she made pumpkin bread this week and brought some of it to me and then tried to convince me that I too could make pumpkin bread. It is so easy, she said…ummmm…yes, with the help of Stonewall Kitchen, I agree. And, I don’t want to sound too cocky, but I think my “baking” skills might be strong enough to attempt to “make” pumpkin spice bread pudding.
